ARTICLE TEMPLATE
CONTACT
The journal adopts and applies the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), internationally recognized as the leading standards for academic integrity, editorial transparency, scientific responsibility, and best practices in scholarly publishing.
Authorship and Contribution
Authors and reviewers must use the journal's official submission and evaluation system. If inconsistencies are identified between the credentials provided and the declared identity of an author or reviewer, a formal verification procedure will be initiated. If the identity cannot be clearly and properly verified, the editorial process will be suspended. If such irregularities are identified after publication, the article may be subject to formal correction or retraction, depending on the severity of the case.
Authorship criteria are defined in the journal's author guidelines. An author is considered only an individual who has made substantial intellectual contributions to the work. Each author must have significantly participated in the conception or design of the study, the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data, the development of tools or software when applicable, or the drafting or critical revision of the manuscript. All authors must approve the final submitted version and assume public responsibility for both their individual contributions and the overall integrity of the work.
Individual contributions must be explicitly declared in the submission system using full names or initials. The contribution statement must clearly specify who designed the research, collected and analyzed the information, drafted the manuscript, and performed substantial revisions. Only individuals who have effectively contributed to the final version of the manuscript may be listed as authors.
Before submitting a manuscript, certain conditions must be fulfilled. Authors are required to properly acknowledge prior academic work through appropriate citations. The manuscript must be original and must not have been previously published in a manner that conflicts with the open-access license. It must not be under simultaneous consideration by another journal. All authors must formally approve the submission and consent to the inclusion of their professional information.
Authors must also possess the necessary legal rights to submit the manuscript and authorize its publication under an open-access license. Any third-party material included in the manuscript must have the appropriate permissions. The information presented must be accurate, complete, and comply with current ethical and scientific standards. Data and materials must have been obtained legally and in accordance with applicable regulations. Authors accept that their names, affiliations, and contact information may be displayed on the journal platform and associated systems.
Authorship issues will be monitored throughout the editorial process. Any modification to the list of authors, including changes in order, addition, or removal of authors, will require the written consent of all individuals involved. In the event of an authorship dispute, the editorial process will be suspended until the matter is formally resolved.
Research Ethics Statement
All submitted research must comply with recognized ethical standards within the relevant discipline. Studies involving human participants or animals must explicitly indicate in the Methods section the approval granted by an ethics committee or other competent institutional authority. When no formal ethics review mechanism exists, authors must explain how applicable ethical principles were ensured. Informed consent from human participants is mandatory unless properly justified exceptions apply.
Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal interests that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the research or the interpretation of its results. These declarations must be provided at the time of submission. If undisclosed conflicts are identified during the review process, the editorial process will be suspended until clarification is provided. If identified after publication, corrective actions or, where appropriate, retraction may be implemented.
Funding Disclosure
All sources of research funding must be transparently disclosed. The funding statement should include the full name of the funding organizations, project numbers when applicable, and a precise explanation of the role played by the funders in the study design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, manuscript preparation, or publication decision.
If no external funding was received, this must be explicitly stated.
The funding declaration is intended to ensure academic transparency and does not imply any influence on editorial decisions. Aurum Académico Multidisciplinary Journal in Education does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs) and does not obtain financial benefits from funded research projects. Editorial decisions are made independently and are based exclusively on scientific and ethical criteria.
Failure to disclose or falsification of funding information constitutes an ethical violation.
Acknowledgements for Non-Author Contributions
Individuals who contributed to the work without meeting the authorship criteria should be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section. Such contributions may include technical support, methodological advice, or preliminary manuscript review. Consent must be obtained from all acknowledged individuals before their names are included. This section should be used appropriately and concisely.
Data Availability and Reproducibility
The journal actively promotes transparency and scientific reproducibility. Manuscripts should describe data, methods, and procedures in sufficient detail to enable verification. When public databases are used, the necessary information to reproduce the analyses should be provided. When original datasets are generated, authors are encouraged to deposit them in reliable digital repositories unless ethical or legal restrictions apply.
Ethical Oversight
All research must comply with the ethical and regulatory frameworks applicable in the country where the study was conducted. Special attention will be given to research involving vulnerable populations. Authors are responsible for protecting participants' rights and confidentiality. In cases of potential non-compliance, the journal may initiate review procedures, provide authors with an opportunity to respond, and adopt proportionate measures as appropriate.
Preprints
The dissemination of preliminary manuscript versions (preprints) through institutional repositories or non-commercial servers is permitted. Such dissemination is not considered prior publication and does not prevent subsequent evaluation by the journal. Authors are expected to update the preprint record with a link to the published version.
